Prices can change based on size of home and extent of detail requested. I am happy to make minor changes (add flowers, remove unwanted items, etc.) Changes may require additional costs.

All portraits are original watercolor and ink on high quality watercolor paper. Paintings will be shipped with standard white mat in padded envelope.

Price includes shipping via USPS in the continental U.S. All paintings will be insured. If special shipping is required, please request pricing. Frames available at additional cost. Gift wrapping available, too! Payment accepted via paypal at lisaadamsreed@gmail.com.

Prices are for original, matted, unframed watercolor and ink house portraits.
